Proposed Fee Table Update:
The Wyoming Frontier Information Chapter 1 Administrative Rules, proposal
public comment period ended on October 14, 2026. No public comments
were received. . The status history of the Wyoming Frontier Information
Chapter 1 Administrative Rule e has been updated on the Secretary of
State’ s Office website if you would like to review. The Wyoming Frontier
Information Chapter 1 Administrative Rules are currently with the
Governors’ office for signature. The Governor has until December 29, 2026
to sign off and approve the rule proposal. https://rules.wyo.gov/
Reminder: WYFI Fees Waived Through 2026
As a reminder, WYFI Participant fees were approved to be waived through
December 31, 2026. WYFI Participants should not expect to receive a zero
balance invoice by the close of this calendar year. Please direct questions
