Shepherd of the Valley Connection
The WYFI team is pleased to announce that Shepherd of the Valley Nursing Facility is connected to WYFI through view-only access. We hope to have them fully connected once an agreement is signed with Point Click Care.
REMINDER WYFI TRAINING
Just a friendly reminder that the WYFI team will be conducting training on the new Patient Comprehend system (KPI Ninja) which is replacing the Community Health Record (CHR).
The WYFI team has already sent out Google Meet User Training invitations to users. This training is meant to provide a demonstration of the new system and train users on the new functionality of Patient Comprehend (PC). The training will be offered multiple times so users have the option to select a training session that will work best for them. If there is not a good option for you or your users, please reach out to the WYFI team at wdh-wyfi-hie.wyo.gov so that we can set up a time that best fits your schedule.
The current Community Health Record (CHR) site will be disabled on the go-live date and will redirect users to the new Patient Comprehend (PC) site. Username and password information will be sent out via email from the Patient Comprehend portal the day before the system upgrade takes place. WYFI users should remove the old URL and replace it with the new URL once we have disabled the CHR site.
