Contributor Role
- During telehealth consult, telehealthcare provider logs into their electronic health record (EHR) and reviews patient’s clinical records, including records from other WYFI contributing providers
- Telehealthcare provider updates patient’s clinical record in their EHR, and the new information is added to the WYFI HIE
View-Only Role
- During telehealth consult, telehealthcare provider logs into the CHR portal and reviews patient’s clinical records
- Telehealthcare provider updates patient’s clinical record in their EHR but no information is added to the patient’s record in WYFI
