WYFI Community Health Record (CHR) Upgrade to Patient Comprehend (PC)
The Wyoming Frontier Information (WYFI) team is excited to announce that we are about ready to go live with our system upgrade. We plan to go live with our KPI Universe upgrade on November 4, 2024. We would like to set up some time with users to provide a demonstration of the new system and train users on the new functionality. The WYFI team will send out Google Meet User Training invitations within the next couple of weeks. The training will be offered multiple times so users have the option to select a training session that will work best for them. The current Community Health Record (CHR) site will be disabled on the go-live date and will redirect users to the new Patient Comprehend (PC) site. Username and password information will be sent out via email from Patient Comprehend the day before the system upgrade takes place. WYFI users should remove the old URL and replace it with the new URL once we have disabled the CHR site.
